Jeff Zadow is the director of Innovision Consulting Group a member of the Australia-wide HR Coach network with more than 100 members throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Jeff specializes in business development and planning, executive coaching and mentoring and building high-performance business teams. The focus is on working long-term with senior managers and business owners to benchmark performance and develop straightforward strategies with measurable results.

Jeff understands that people are critically important to business success. He has experienced first-hand many times the incredibly positive impact leadership and true teamwork can have on performance on the world sporting stage and in business.

As a former teacher and elite sports coach, Jeff has worked with world-class athletes and teams including Olympic gold medallists and state and national champions and has been involved in two Olympic Games.

Jeff has translated his success on the national and international sporting stage to his work as an executive coach and mentor specializing in nurturing workforce development and building management and leadership capabilities across a range of industry sectors.

Jeff has teaching and business qualifications (B Ed, MBA), has lived and worked in the UK, Europe and USA and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has a track record of two decades of senior management experience as CEO and General Manager of a variety of businesses in three states, including; Sports Medicine Australia (NSW); Lake Karrinyup Country Club (WA); Glenelg Golf Club and the Glenelg Football Club in his home town of Adelaide, as well as working with two universities and serving as a director on several state and national professional bodies.

A memorable highlight of Jeff's coaching career was his work for SOCOG assisting with the planning, preparation, and delivery of the Beach Volleyball programme on Bondi Beach at the "best ever" Olympic Games, Sydney 2000.

Jeff is currently working with senior managers in enterprises as diverse as manufacturing, renewable energy, professional services, logistics, infrastructure, IT, health care, licensed clubs, charities and state sporting associations.

As a member of the HR Coach network, the largest HR services organization in Australia, Jeff has access to leading-edge diagnostic and benchmarking tools and techniques, including the patented STAR Workplace Program online HR software and is accredited and experienced in the use of Everything DISC psychometric workplace, management and leadership profiling.
