The HR Coach Research Institute is managed by HR Coach International on behalf of the HR Coach Group.
The Advisory Board is responsible for the overall direction of the HR Coach Group. The Board delegates responsibility for the conduct of the HR Coach Research Institute to the Managing Director, who, with the management team, is accountable for direction and operation of the Institute.
Research Committees and project teams are created in response to specific research exercises and adhere to the guidelines set by the HR Coach International Advisory Board.
The HR Coach Research Institute conducts research by the collection of data, the creation and analysis of surveys, compilation of independent information and contributions by expert knowledge specialists.
An example of this is the STAR Workplace Program which offers a unique insight into organisations and continues to assist the HR Coach Research Institute in its ongoing longitudinal business study The HR Quarterly Index.
The HR Coach Research Institute has established committees which act primarily in a review or advisory capacity.
