  • Business Results Improve Over 10% from 2011 New STAR Workplace Benchmark Results Released

    HR Coach released the updated and benchmarked STAR Workplace Program in July 2011. Since then the benchmarking program has continued to collate and track business results across hundreds of participating organisations. The latest data has just been released and the findings are striking.  

    For those organisations in the top percentile the Results of Performance have improved a staggering 13% since 2011.  Employee Satisfaction across the board in all organisations has also improved since 2011. For all the doom and gloom reported in the mainstream media this is a substantial result.
