Governance
The Advisory Board is responsible for the overall direction of the HR Coach Group. The Board delegates responsibility for the conduct of the HR Coach Research Institute to the Managing Director, who, with the management team, is accountable for direction and operation of the Institute.
Research Committees and project teams are created in response to specific research exercises and adhere to the guidelines set by the HR Coach Advisory Board.
