The growing gap between Business Confidence and Labour Supply Confidence, identified by HR Coach as the Productivity Risk Factor, is evidence that the market has shifted and that business will need to focus on productivity.
Another result of note is the importance Employee Confidence will play as panic and uncertainty seeps into the market. “In times of turbulence and uncertainty, business owners need to keep their feet firmly on the ground and not get spooked. Make well informed decisions and involve employees where possible.”
