Growing National Company Welcomes Six New Offices to Network
Queensland based people strategy company, HR Coach, has welcomed six new businesses to its growing national network for delivering coaching services to SMEs throughout Australia.
HR Coach General Manager, Ms Jan Easton, said the networks’ continued expansion is directly due to demand for practical support as Australian small business faces major challenges like finding and keeping skilled staff, making time for business planning and absorbing fast-changing government regulations.
“Managing people is a critical strategic issue for the SME sector and we are delighted to welcome more professionals to the HR Coach network across Australia,” Ms Easton said.
New member offices are HR2GO Vital People in Dubbo; Garner Business Solutions in Melbourne; Edwardson Hanlon in Sydney; CAPCorporate in Brisbane and two new faces in Townsville - Benchmark Business Solutions and HR Business Essentials.
The HR Coach national network now includes 32 members working directly with the SME sector in metropolitan and regional areas.
“The high demand for HR Coaching services in both capital cities and regional areas makes it crucial to have these new local offices available to support business, and we are preparing to welcome more new member offices by October,” Ms Easton said.
HR Coach supports a national network of specialists focused on integrating people management into strategic business planning and is continually developing new services, products and systems to boost the powerhouse SME sector in Australia.
