HR Coach Announces National Expansion and Development Strategy
Australia's own people strategy company, HR Coach, has recently formalised strategic relationships with key professional service providers nationally, cementing its place as the leading authority on linking people to performance and profit in the SME sector throughout Australia.
Louise Broekman, founder and Managing Director of HR Coach, recently commented on the critical issues for the SME sector at the HR Coach conference held on the Gold Coast.
“Human Resources has become a critical issue for the SME sector and conventional approaches just aren’t working. We are thrilled to be able to announce that we now have a national presence devoted to the expansion and development of the HR Coach Network”.
In addition to a national network of over 32 locally positioned offices working directly with the SME sector, HR Coach has regional representatives focused on the expansion and development of the HR Coach group.
The HR Coach national presence now consists of Australian HR organisations Garner Business Solutions in Melbourne, HRM Partners in Regional NSW, HR Focus in Sydney, Heavypoint in South Australia and KMS Klient Management Solutions in Regional Victoria.
“With the high demand for HR Coaching work throughout Australia, capital cities and regional areas alike, it is crucial that we have local and regional offices able to support business. These relationships stand us in good stead to be able to meet the demand and to continue to make a positive difference to the business sector in Australia.”
HR Coach supports a national network of specialists focused on integrating people management into strategic business planning and is continually developing new approaches, products and systems to boost the powerhouse SME sector in Australia.
